I had a dream about making hats last night, and this was one of them that I made! Ironically ~clearkid decided to have a hat design contest so I thought I'd draw it up
 My idea is that it would hang floppy kind of like the zora cap she made here [link] but be modeled after the Pokemon whiscash [link]Wire in the fin to make it stand up, and whiskers hang off the face and down to the side  I had babylondonstar in mind when drawing it! she loves whiscash |
